Welcome to Host with Harrison. By accessing our website, making an inquiry, booking our venue, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

   Host with Harrison, LLC (“Host with Harrison”, “we,” “us,” “our”) provides event venue rental and related services. By using our website or booking our venue, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

2. Booking & Payment

   All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is received. Deposits and payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in your specific agreement. Final payment is due by the deadline provided in your invoice or contract. Overtime fees may apply if your event extends beyond the contracted time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

   Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or changes to event details must be submitted in writing. Policies may vary based on your service package or rental agreement.

4. Venue Rules

   All clients and guests must follow Host with Harrison guidelines, including:

   • No smoking indoors
   • No setup or décor outside unless explicitly permitted
   • Noise levels must comply with local ordinances
   • Only approved vendors may be used (if applicable)
   • All activities must be lawful and safe

   We reserve the right to end an event early if safety concerns arise.

5. Damage & Liability

   Clients are responsible for: damage to the property or equipment, excessive cleaning fees, and guest behavior during the event. Host with Harrison is not liable for accidents, injury, loss, or theft that occur on the premises.

6. Photography & Media

   By hosting an event at Host with Harrison, you grant permission for the use of non-identifying event photos or venue images for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing. Any photography add-on services follow the terms outlined in your rental agreement.

7. Security & Surveillance

   For safety, the venue may use security cameras in non-private, common areas. Surveillance is continuous but not actively monitored during events.

8. Website Use

   You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to breach security features or access private information. Content on our website—including text, graphics, images, and branding—is owned by Host with Harrison and may not be copied without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

   Host with Harrison is not responsible for interruptions caused by emergencies, weather, or utility issues; third-party vendor performance; or loss of income, profit, or reputation resulting from event changes or cancellations. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your booking.

10. Updates to These Terms

    We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

11. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

    You agree to receive recurring informational text messages from Host with Harrison regarding venue inquiries, tour scheduling, booking confirmations, event details, reminders, and customer support. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions. Message & data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or contact bookings@hostwithharrison.com. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP. 12. SMS Opt-In Consent

    By providing your mobile phone number through our website, booking form, or other communication channels, you are voluntarily opting in to receive SMS messages from Host with Harrison. SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing services, and opting in is entirely voluntary.

    When you provide your number, you give us permission to send recurring text messages related to inquiries, tour scheduling, venue availability, booking updates, event reminders, promotions, and customer support. Message frequency varies.

13. How to Opt Out

    You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Host with Harrison unless you opt back in by replying START.
